Signature Settlement & Title Agency, LLC is a family owned and run company serving all of New Jersey which is vetted, verified, and underwritten by Stewart Title Guaranty Company. We have provided excellent service to individuals, attorneys, mortgage brokers, lenders and investors for 13 years with many return customers. We strive to build and cultivate our business relationships, always molding and adapting our service to best suit your needs.

The company’s business model is based on family values depicting honesty, loyalty, trust, and some hand-holding when needed. We have cultivated great relationships with our searching vendors over the years and therefore can provide Title Commitments to our clients that much faster. In New Jersey, all Title Insurance fees are regulated by the Department of Banking and Insurance, so we understand that speed, competency, and impeccable service are musts to set us apart. We entertain new ideas and refine old ones all in an effort to improve our service.

I am fortunate to work with a very professional and knowledgeable staff, some with more than 25 years experience in the industry. All are title licensed and participate in the mandatory continuing education required by the New Jersey Department of Banking and Insurance. Only title licensed closers are utilized so they may confidently explain and clarify any title related matters at the closing table. Rest assured that our team will treat you and your clients with courtesy and respect.
